AEOLIS. Kyme. Circa 155-143 BC. Tetradrachm (Silver, 32 mm, 16.54 g, 12 h), Metrophanes, magistrate. Diademed head of the Amazon Kyme to right. Rev. KYMAIΩN / ΜΗΤΡΟΦΑΝΗΣ Bridled horse prancing right; one-handled cup below raised left foreleg; all within laurel wreath. Oakley obv. die 2. Pozzi 2300 (same obverse die). SNG Copenhagen 104. A few die breaks and with light die rust on the reverse, otherwise, about extremely fine.
